RRISD Proposition A (VATRE)

Round Rock ISD’s Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE), will appear on the November ballot as Proposition A.

If approved, the additional funding would be used to:

• Provide teachers and staff members who were not included in the Teacher Retention Allotment with a pay increase equal to 2% of their pay-range midpoint.

• Help offset inflationary costs while increasing employee compensation.

• Address salary compression across the district to help recruit and retain high-quality teachers and staff.
